She's got a mean stasis spell that lets her ward off beetles and decay, so she has all the time in the world to stuff and mount the skin.

Outside the workshop, Doroteia is aggressively normal. After a lot of grossed out people, she generally keeps her profession to herself, except when in the company of Vessa.
