Cirocco is a loner and outsider, loving the endless vastness of the desert, wandering for ages and never turning back to his past. Despite his sharp mind he can be hot-headed, tempestuous and sometimes incredibly reckless, while often being intolerant towards other dragons' actions and opinions. It is hard to get along with him, not to mention coming to any kind of agreement or compromise.
