Comet was found during a meteor shower, staring high up into the night sky with a look of adoration in his bright red eyes. He was approached by Flare who simply sat next to him without a word and together the two watched the meteor shower in silence. Once it was over, they spent the rest of the night making gestures of different stars and of their feelings towards them and of themselves because they could not verbally communicate. At daybreak, Hirari sought out Flare and found the two. With the help of the Skydancer to translate, the Coatl was invited to the clan to sleep and eat, which he gratefully accepted. Much time has passed, and Comet never left the clan. He has become the clan's star reader, specialising in good fortune, and is the only one who sees Druid on a regular basis to tutor in his profession. Comet is very proud of his Plague heritage, and tolerates no disrespect towards his flight or his clan but is otherwise very friendly and willing to assist when he can. He and Flare spend many nights in silence, still unable to communicate, looking up at the stars.
