After finding himself among the Moonchasers due to a nightmarish and blurry journey, Ubu declared himself King.
...Of what, no one is really sure.

Reality seems to distort itself around him, causing chaos and terror at very small intervals. Cups wiggle (but fail to spill), furniture topples (but doesn't break), and extreme mental fatigue* befalls all living things (*all creatures within a five-foot range experience minor confusion which resolves itself upon leaving).

Ubu commands his army of a few blobs of slime to collect taxes and ensure that his people obey him. Each day, the King is rewarded with slimy offerings of garbage and the promise that his people will fall in line eventually. Probably.

Given the fact that he hasn't caused any true harm in the clan (and is incredibly entertaining to watch), most of the Moonchasers have no qualms against Ubu's "reign" over them. 		Radioactive Slime
