perpetually tired. town representative, though that title has lost its meaning over the years.

albino. dyed hair and tattoos. no wings hes just kind of a lizard/hj. mane is super long. i love to take the on site appearances and massacre them for stylization

haven is... a medium-small sized town. the older residents are tight-knit, having traveled from the starfall isles to remake their home. it seems to draw in nomads and runaways alike, as despite some more hostile residents, the majority of the town is welcoming, and willing to turn a blind eye to those that are attempting to escape worse situations.
though there will always be whispers.

haven was... a cult, formed by two fae dragons in honor of their god, the all-seeing moon. it was a refuge for all sorts of outcasts and refugees and not-quite-rights. in the zenosyne [a skyscraper in the middle of town] they would make sacrifices to keep some dark and mysterious entities at bay. they say it was to keep everyone safe.
in the beginning barely anyone had jobs. they all looked after each other like a big family. and their family was big. it kept growing and growing until the top of their island didn't have enough space. so they started to dig. dug a bit too far, though, because they woke something up. see, what they didn't know at the time was that something was sleeping in the middle of that floating island, and that by expanding down into that space, they were disturbing its rest. and by disturbing its rest, they were undoing all the hard work their founders had put in to keep it contained.
when it got out, it destroyed the whole island, as well as the smaller ones connected to it via chains and bridges. half the members lost their lives that day.
