Generation 5 Night Warrior in Training
For nightfall warriors descendants, it always was the same. You were disciplined right from your birth on how to blend with the darkness. You were taught to find your confidence in being unnoticeable. You were shown how to land a hit when it's least expected. Generation after generation, perfect assassins came to life, and so, with great efficiency took uncountable amount of other lifes with them. From Adina, it was highly expected to meet the same destiny — especially when one pictured her to be the shadow of the Vallin themselves.
Adina, thought, had a certain unique trait with her that was never speculated — even more so, found — before. Deep inside, she burned with fire hotter than the thousand suns – so it felt for her right from her very first breath. This Skydancer wasn't just like any other telepath cherished in the rows of the nightfall warriors for their great abilities to guide and lead others silently — she was much more like a beacon which let it beam shine for the miles away, reaching those who otherwise would have never got the signal. Instead of slyly absorbing waves and reading intentions of the others, she herself shared her every emotion with those nearby.
Needless to say, being stealthy felt physically impossible for the dragon. It was treated like disability among other warriors, and met more with a pity that anger. Pity that couldn't evade her attention. One by one, even the trainers at the clan gave up, as if neither her agility nor speed were remarkable. Almost stigmatized as a lost cause, she started feeling herself unconfident, tried to drown any feelings she had, let that painfully bright glow die out once and for all, just to fit in. And yet, overfocused on her disappearance, she soon let her clanmates know how uncomfortable, if not devastated, she was in their presence – as if she was full of guilt for who she were. "It seems as if this trainee never really had a chance to become a true Nightfall warrior after all", they whispered among each others. "Pressing her even further may break her. Wouldn't it be better if we won't torture her any longer and let her go?"
One night, when the sky was heavily overcasted, a dark, swift figure lifted into the air. It's wings were silent, more silent than those of an owl, and it flew so high that it barely could be noticed even if one tracked them the whole time. And yet... It felt as if it truly glowed brighter than any actual light. It felt much more joyful and grateful than any sunbeam could have made one feel themselves.
A black star flew through the darkest sky ever, emitting it's own, unnoticeable, yet so extremely easy to be felt, glow.
"It would be hard to be all alone out there.", they warned, before allowing her to proceed with her great escape. "You'll have to find yourself a clan eventually".
As arcane passed, her sight met territories much more hostile than any battlefield she were at before. If not for her training, she wouldn't last long among the constant, everlasting horrific rot, rooting into other's hearts right to their core. Death was following her every step, as a much worse form of life came afterwards. And yet, her little tweak proved to be useful for her, as it was already hard enough to find oneself a prey without knowing those bizarre laws of nature of the Plague domain. She was struggling with finding fresh water, lost any sense of direction, and stuck under the scorching sun when another dragon answered her cry for help. Black and yellow, almost striped like a bee, it took care of her heatstroke, noting that they find her abilities quite spectacular.
"Would you join us? It would be a great pride for me to study your phenomenon."
Desperate, she agreed to follow the saviour. And so, the new chapter in Adina's life begun.

“Dear diary,
today my long stride came to an end. A growing clan in this harsh, unwelcoming region - strong enough to establish themselves a fairly good place and status - accepted me in, and, after some checks and trainings, decided to award the role of the spy, with the current scout as my mentor. Robin shall guide me through the local territories, thoroughly explaining the dangers that await me here. Clan also mentioned their will to change their domain if possible due to the high mortality rate among the members.
I can't help but notice the tension among the clan members... It appears to me that some of them are facing serious disagreements with certain specific dragon. And yet, the leaders are rather calm about what's going on. I'm hesitant to intrude, being a newbie myself, so I'll observe the situation for now...
