Biography

Daydream
VW2D3at.gif Daydream growled at the enemy before her. The harpy screeched back in response and struck out with her claws. Daydream narrowly dodged the attack and let out an angry roar. The attacks on her, Daydream’s, clan were getting more and more frequent and each time the blue spiral was on the front lines battling the beasts. She was no true warrior and she was well aware of that fact, but she could at least do her best to protect her clan.

The harpy slashed out once again with her claws, scoring a hit across Daydream’s body. Immediately, the harpy took to the skies attempting to avoid the inevitable retaliation. Daydream, a little slower to react, chased after the harpy in the skies. The harpy was clearly more mobile in the open sky and high altitude, but Daydream was not about to be outdone. The spiral charged forward and wrapped around her enemy like a great constrictor. She tightened her grip on the harpy with each breath that it took. The harpy let out a weak cry and struggled to get free, then in a last hope it let out a sudden, weak burst of wind magic surprising Daydream and causing her grip to loosen just enough to allow escape. With the last of its energy expended, the harpy plummeted to the ground.

Daydream followed it and landed softly on the ground while the beast hit with a loud thud. The intricate mask that once sat on the harpy’s face clattered on the ground a few strides in front of Daydream. As Daydream approached, she grabbed the mask off the ground and clutched it between her claws. “Listen close,” she said to the beast, “this is my clan, my home. These dragon rely on me. I am no warrior, but I am their leader and I will protect this place with my life.” She let out a roar once more as the harpy scrambled to get away. Daydream threw the mask as far as she could and it hit the ground, shattering in the silence.

The battle was easy, almost too easy, in Daydream’s opinion. She did not like fighting or killing, but sometimes it was what had to be done to protect her clan. She shrugged off any guilt that was forming and raised up above her enemy for a final blow.

Biography
Daydream is the silent and calm leader of the clan. She is not an overly powerful warrior, however she trains every day to become stronger. Daydream does not speak often and saves her voice for when it is needed most. To her, the life of the clan is more important than hers and she will stop at nothing to save it. If there is ever a threat, she is the first to investigate or fight against it.

While kind, Daydream does not let anyone take advantage of her. She is not one to show mercy to her enemies. This is another reason why she often chooses to remain silent, as she does not want the burden of those she has vanquished to become anyone else’s. 		pDACUOg.gif
