IM0KorB.png Neon is a powerful dragon in a very small body. He radiates the magic of the Behemoth, but prides himself in remaining vehemently and aggressively pacifistic. Instead he uses his magic to maintain a microbiome of mushrooms and flora across his body and coat, complete with his own personal, perpetual raincloud. He keeps this biome exactly the way it needs to be to take care of his vibrant array of forest frogs, which he is never seen without.
A thief and a scoundrel, Neon was born and raised in a rebellious phase that never ended. Known for sticky fingers and a magpie's attraction to junk, his obsession put everything from food stores to shrine carvings at risk. His kleptomania paired up with an unimpeachable sunny attitude to make him invincible to the wrath of the clan, and his flippancy was never punished by his peers. TclEA4t.png

With time, however, all lines have to be crossed. When the Trio took over the clan, Centurion's authoritarian regime put Neon on trial, sentencing him to exaltation to pay for a lifetime's worth of debts. His newfound purpose didn't stop his kleptomania, however, and the proximity of so many new sights and smells only served to enhance it. The far less forgiving realm of the Gladekeeper's council was dangerous territory for a thief, and Neon knew he could only survive for so long before being caught and punished for his disobedience.

Knowing all too well the punishment for theft and disloyalty, Neon stole enough magic from the Gladekeeper to flee the core of the Behemoth and return to the land of the living, content to live the rest of his life as a fugitive and a vagrant across the borders of the Flights.
