An peculiar pearlcatcher that tends to get along with other dragons, but never really gets too close. Coming from a light-bound clan w/ lineage that's unclear, he was bought by the clan nobles, in hopes of getting a new mate to accompany the irradiated beauty, Myrna. After an unpleasant occurrence w/ the clan's previous collector, who was later permanently exiled from the Prismatic Archipelago, Rixen appealed as <WIP>
