Milotic is a ditzy but incredibly powerful mage. Though born in the Frigid Floes of the IceWarden's domain, at an early age Milotic showed incredible affinty for water magic and divination. Either by the will of his parents or his own he made is way to study under masters of the crafts he excelled at in The Spiral Keep. Milotic doesn't talk much of his past, his manner of speaking is odd his strange candor of coatls paired with his tendency to only say what few thoughts run through his head at any given moment.

Milotic's lair is perhaps the most unique of the entire clan. He resides in a extravagant cave carved intothe dome of a hill. Through much cultivation and a significant amount of magic, the walls and ceilings are lined with massive reflective crystal growths, the floor of his cave half the icy earth and half crystal clear pools of water. His hypnotic collection of koi fish swim in the undisturbed water.

Milotic has cultivated a rather unique and useful skill set in his years spent with Clan Adnix. He is able to exert control over small bodies of water with complete ease, able to give himself and other the prolonged ability to breath submerged as learned from water magic disciples. Using his koi and reflection from the crystals in the pool Milotic is occasionally able to receive premonitions of the future. He often sleeps too deep to be awoken, wandering through other sleeping dragons dreams haphazardly watching and observing.

Though insanely powerful in the arcane, Milotic does not excel at much else. He often sits lost in thought staring into or swimming in his pools. He is a very jovial character always smiling and lounging about, though he often forgets important tasks in favor of sleeping in the middle of the day. He can be difficult to talk to to as he often trails mid sentence or just consciously attempt to understand the conversation. But Milotic always has room in his lair for some company and a warm cup of tea.

He considers most dragons of the clan his friends whether they return the sentiment or not. He and the Witches of Murkwood Swamp tend to be close as there work overlaps and Petals use his lair to grow certain crystals for her charms. He occasionally teaches other dragons pieces of his arts but few are able to match his certain... energy. Lyra is his brightest and most enthusiastic student. Though her proficiency is light magic he is able to help her with peering into the patterns of the stars.

As carefree as Milotic tends to be he holds an irreplaceable responsibility within the clan.
