When you need someone captured, dead or alive, Vega is the one to go to. A skilled plane-shifter, Vega will track her targets down through Hell or high water and retrieve them by any means necessary, be it here on the mortal plane, or the plane of the gods, or any other plane of existence if it pays well enough or if the crime is worth the punishment she delivers. Of course, it's preferable to bring a target home alive, but she's been doing this long enough to know when it's appropriate to bring back little more than a severed head and spilled blood. Perhaps she'll hold on to such remains; they may be useful in future hunts where she may revive the dead long enough to do her bidding using the surplus of magic found between realms. She revived a vulture once this way who stuck by her side, given the name Epithet.

Skilled though Vega is, such magics always come with a price, and each time she returns home Vega settles into a deep, restorative slumber until her next job. Centuries upon centuries of crossing planes and wielding necromancy has left her worn and tired and marred her figure, twisted her into something horribly disfigured and... off. Don't look at her too directly, as there's something not quite right. In her body, and especially in her face, there's something a little different, a little otherworldly.

A little Eldritch, perhaps.
