Just absolutely juiced full of arcane radiation from the Arcanist himself after being in the wrong place during the wrong dom battle, to the extent that she's no longer really a dragon so much as a magical scar upon this plane of existence that happens to be shaped like a dragon. Trying to cling to the last vestiges of mortality, but is starting to have SO much trouble to mortals that she's just starting to feel...left behind, in a sense. She is so much more than a dragon, but somehow, she feels like so much less. Arcane objects, like starwood trees and crystals and stars, tend to act strangely when she's near, whether by glowing more brightly, emitting a high-pitched whining drone, flickering, vibrating, or something else. She can't really help it, it happens just by virtue of her being near.

To become god is the loneliest achievement of them all.

She's in the Brilliant Cascades right now because she felt a strong, strange presence coming from the tower-- the amount of other anomalies there
