Leroy (or Lula, depending on the day) is a carnival barker that works at Rainbow Cove's amusement park, the similarly named Rainbow Funland. They run most of the boardwalk games, from ring toss to skee ball and balloon darts, and love their job dearly, tempting passersby to try their hand at the (almost certainly rigged) games. And occasionally, if they like someone-- they'll actually let them win. They're a bit smarmy, a bit sly, intensely chaotic, and a wee bit money-grubbing, but their heart's in the right place. They're good friends with Sunday (local peddler of frozen treats), and always grab a scoop of maple ice cream at the end of their shift. Absolutely has a wicker hat and curved cane.
