-Was born in Tidewater, a small town in the Southern Icefield's Frigid Floes named for the Tidewater Glacier it's close to.
-Spent his first few years of life in Tidewater, but then moved with his family to Basalt Boardwalk, a tourist town on the edge of the Ashfall Waste.
-With a talent for the creation of frozen treats like many of his family members, he's now moving to a new beach town to practice his craft. Rainbow Cove's housing prices are exorbitant, but the nearby clan at the Brilliant Cascade doesn't charge for a room; they simply ask that the individual pitch in where they can to keep the community thriving. An excellent deal, in his opinion-- after all, he's always happy to help, and such an arrangement thankfully wouldn't break the bank!
-Has a small kiosk where he sells snow cones, italian ice, and gelato by the beach.

Where are they from?: Tidewater, Frigid Floes, Southern Icefield

What are they like?: Friendly and upbeat! He vastly prefers warm weather, and adores summer in particular. He's extroverted and likes spending time with people. He's great at giving hugs, but not so good at serious conversations or comforting people-- he's scared of saying the wrong thing, and just ends up trailing off awkwardly. Despite being highly proficient with using his magic to create frozen confections and generally using it for entertainment or utility purposes, he's pretty bad at using magic offensively. Has some imperial blood in him, so a bit on the large side for a tundra. His poor tundra memory doesn't bother him, and he enjoys living in the moment. He ties little, color-coded strings around his fingers when he needs to remember something important, or writes sticky notes for himself.

He keeps his fur cut short due to living in a warm area! If he weren't an ice dragon, he'd get pretty overheated pretty quickly.

What do they do?: He runs a kiosk/cart in Rainbow Cove that serves snow cones, italian ice, and gelato. It doesn't pay super well, but he genuinely enjoys it, and that's what matters!

Why are they here?: He's here because he wanted to continue the family trade! Thus why he's in the area; he's at the Brilliant Cascade clan, specifically, because they don't charge folks for staying there, and he doesn't make an awful lot. But he really enjoys the atmosphere, there, too, so it seems like he might be there to stay!
