Tylwyth

He started as a traveller. Due to his ability to commune with spirits Tylwyth was draw to Capricen by the spirits of dragons killed in the coup d'etat against the Queen's parents. The previous monarchs remained among the lingering spirits stuck to the bloodstained place long after their passings. He stayed to honor the spirits and perform their rites, hoping to give as many of them peace as he could. He buried their remains and in the process grew quite comfortable in the sad empty kingdom. He was here when everyone had gone and before any others returned.

He lives in one of the caves underneath the keep. It faces the path leading down to the beach and he often lingers there when he's lost in thought or can't sleep. Both of which happen often. He is kindhearted, but also peaceable and forgetful. When Terrarichta found him, and Eclipse shortly thereafter, they turned to him for leadership he was not equipped to give. So when the baby queen returned to take back her heritage he was all too glad to let her take over. Relieved really. He spends a large portion of his time as one of her advisors. When he isn't doing that he enjoys reading and cuddling up to his mate Terrarichta, often at the same time.
He has also become quite adept at healing magic.
