A ll was still and quiet in the depths of the graveyard. Notwithstanding the bone-chilling cackles of a nearby crow, gloating over a carcass it had discovered not half a mile away, the Cemetery of Narwahl. Named after the late priest of Apollo, the cemetery was an ancient museum filled with the bodies of fallen warriors-- heroes, and villains. It had been neglected for a half a century and thus was buried alive beneath a jungle of overgrowth, comprising of weeds, vines, creepers, and ivy. The moon, glowing an eerie blue, shed its light sparingly over the scene below. This was where Oceania had been reared by the heavens, abandoned by parents she knew not. This was also where she was found by the most kind father she could know-- Toothless. He took her into his lair, Sakura Blossom Clan, and reared her as one of his own beloved children. Danae quickly became accustomed to her new clan's strict ways, occasionally experiencing a mood swing when the fae's wings longed to be spread, as small as they were. Her maid-friend, Diana, often regaled her with colorful tales of the pretty ocean, and Oceania reminded Diana of the sunkissed waters of her native home. This only increased Oceania's yearning for freedom, but as Toothless had insisted that all dragons fly with a companion, she could only watch the others. When she met the dragon of her dreams, Atlantisan, Oceania no longer needed to stay cooped up within her dank cave. Alongside her new mate, she happily spreads her wings every sunlit day, occasionally visiting the ocean and splashing in the waves.
