As you walk into a small chamber, instead of the library entrance you expected, the room is filled floor to ceiling in different papers, inks, and notes. The small noodle-shaped dragon darting around is muttering to himself. He doesn't look up when you walk in; deep voice gruff and disinterested as he speaks.

"Yes yes. Hello and welcome to the Records Chamber. What do you want; I've lost my quill so I don't have time for inane chatter."

You decide you don't want to mention the long Fallout Streak quill slowly dripping ink down one side of his face. Perhaps a tad petty, but he was quite rude to someone who just walked in. Not speaking yet, you look around a bit. A muffled curse catches your attention as the dragon seems to burrow into the stacks; the action toppling a precarious tower of parchment.
