 Jaientael is a confident womanzier. Despite his feminine coloring, most of the females he meets are more than happy to be his, even if only for a short while; in fact, many of them are impressed by his confidence. With similar coloring to his 'possibly' gay father, he's often mistaken as homosexual. Because of this, he likes to prank newcomers and act as stereotypically gay a dragon can. Jaientael holds no regards to his pride, glad to toss it to the side in order to amuse his clanmates. Jaientael, despite not being very close to his mother, holds her wisdom; though he doesn't like to admit it, he's often considered the 'voice of reason'. Many tease that something is wrong when he shows his wisdom, and as such he tends to act intentionally immature, which both gains and loses friends for him. Like his father, Jaientael is always more than happy to welcome a new visitor or member of the clan. He often claims to be the newcomer's first friend in the clan, which ends up with him and his father often arguing about who was first. Also like his father, Jaientael can be an extremely gentle dragon, and he enjoys spending time with the hatchlings in the clan. He's often one of the first to volunteer for babysitting duty, often even offering to watch over a hatchling or two so that the parents can wander the clan territory. Not only is he friendly to his clanmates, but Jaientael also loves animals. He usually keeps his poison dart frog with him, either clinging to his hat or in a pocket somewhere. If he's found without Sorath, something's wrong with the poor thing. Jaientael will usually be nursing his little froggy friend back to health until he's back to his happy, hoppy self. Sorath is Jaientael's best friend, and nobody could even come close to taking that spot. Heck, the frog's tank is right next to Jaientael's bed, close enough to wake the dragon in his sleep if Sorath croaks too loudly. It's happened. |
