a seasnake from the abyss and the local cryptid

they have no voice and sense of hearing, instead they communicate through luminesence!
fully sentient, thinks and feels like all dragons do - but experiences the world a little.. differently
sees many more colors than dragons. doesn't perceive sound, but can pick up vibrations
(much like coatl dragons)

lives together with their mate Peixes in the observatory tower
