A Smile in an Ocean of Frowns.
History -

The mirror ran through the molted grounds of the the plague territory, hungry for something new to feed on. Soon they came upon a clan and slowed down, maybe hoping to hussle their way in to feed.
As they drew nearer, the dragons that lived in it got larger, and they seemed to be gathered about a small Fae, who was watching another mirror with masked disgust.
Not much could be heard, but this was unmistakably a damning ritual, as they slowly parted to allow the mirror to leave if they were given the verdict.

Sensing the distraction, the wasp of a dragon bolted around the back to see if they could snag what food they could. Soon after they fed, Chlorion passed out, and awoke with an agitated Fae above them.
"And what do you think you're doing?" They hissed

"N-Nothing!" They jolted, knocked the fae off their feet.

"You just ate our weeks supply of meat in one sitting!"

"And?"

"That's bad you idiot!" They huffed, quickly putting on a mask of kindness, "look, I don't know who you are, but I need an excuse for why all the food suddenly went missing again. So you're staying with us from now on. Got it!"

The mirror sat up at attention, "Right-o captain!"

"Don't call me that."

"Okay!"
