Even as a hatchling, Kaine was taken in and raised into a clan of carefree zenyth, bliss and happiness where he never seemed to quite fit in, his brothers and sisters were all held in a higher favor than he. It almost drove him to the point of a blind wrath in which he would murder his siblings, beginning with the most hated and most beloved by his family-Abel. Before the wrath overtook Kaine, he had a moment of clarity and power. He felt the wrath of thousands of lost souls fill his very own, tainting the blithe winds inside him to something much more powerful and sinister. In that moment he knew he was something more than a dragon, he was a god.

As he gazed down upon the figures of his sleeping brethren, he knew that his efforts were not worthy to be wasted upon his siblings. That was of course, save Abel; the one elder brother who constantly ignored, and stole the affection of their father. Before leaving to his new life, he slaughtered Abel in his sleep, content with the silence and ease at which Abel left the realm of the living. He then fled his family, creating his own clan at the foot of the Wind-plains and vowed to grow it to a family that would either worship him in fear, or die in resistance.

Kaine faced many challenges and forms of resistance on the path to complete adoration from all dragons who crossed his path, some called him a tyrant, some called him blasphemous, that he was going against the Windsinger and all the other "true gods", in turn, Kaine enlightened the usurpers of their own sins and drove them to indulge in all of them, causing all out chaos amongst those who stood against him. While he may not have had the power of the Plaguebringer, or the Windsinger, he was intelligent, and cunning and extremely dangerous with the ability to look inside any dragon and with a single flap of his tiny wings, bring out the worst. His rise to the top was slow, but he was smart and did not let his size stand in his way to domination. He made an army for himself, aligning himself with Plaguelings and hiring his very own to second his armies and be his muscle. Her name was Berry and contrary to her name, she was the opposite of sweet. Berry crushed anyone with strength while Kaine merely beguiled and enchanted the rest of them, together they were an unstoppable duo.
