Pamiirug is one of the musicians of the circus, although he tends to stick out more than Eotua or Aoi. He doesn't try to dance or move with his music as Aoi might. Instead, he uses his flute to conjure up spirits of various animals to dance for him across the stage. He usually resorts to creating bird spirits, but he is able to create other small animals such as squirrels or rabbits if desired. Pamiirug is typically carefree and doesn't really protest to what others want him to do on stage. He prefers other people to come up with his acts since he won't have to worry or care about thinking it up himself.
The Spiral comes from a rather wealthy family that moved to Ice when he was younger, but Pamiirug never felt like the new environment was his home. When he moved out of his family clan, he followed his heart and set off back to his childhood home. He was always the type to get whatever he wanted, so he found himself struggling a lot when he was on his own. Although he tries to stay responsible and take care of himself, he can't help but seek out favors from others and get them to do his tasks for him.

His flute, which he found during his travels through Wind, is able to summon and control spiritual animals through varying notes and melodies. Pamiirug considers it to be his calling, and for a while, he continued his travels practicing his flute with his spiritual animals to keep him company. When his talents were noticed by Vrinde, he was quickly ushered into the circus without much opportunity to get a say in. Although, as he didn't have much to do besides traveling and playing the flute, he doesn't mind too much.

The flute-player isn't sure how he developed an attraction for the strange ghost, yet he can't help but gravitate towards her. The ghost typically never pays attention to Pamiirug and only listens to the circus leader, Sasta, but he still tries his hardest to get noticed by her.
