Deep within the canyons of the Greatwyrm's Breach, above the long-dried riverbed below, hangs a cliff dwelling, hewn out the rock by competent, utilitarian claws. The structures are merely a defense and hub to protect the more important mines that lay within the canyon, where spirits reside and it is said one can hear the whispers of the deities.

This village was once held by Ajra, and used as the base for her powerful Rockbreakers, a cult devoted to the Earthshaker - and to herself. Ajra was a cruel, steel-fisted leader, quick to manipulate and even quicker to exile. But the foundation of her religious order - namely, the claim that she spoke for the Earthshaker - was built on lies. She had no such powers.

As her followers began to push back on her abusive leadership, another cult leader saw the instability as a way in to the sacred mines. Elyakim brought with him his own followers, who he turned into literal monsters using the power of the caves.

With the help of cult members that were turning on her, Ajra managed to defeat Elyakim. In the process, though, she was exposed as a fake. Her cult crumbled, and the ancestral peoples of the village, the Cerillos tribe, slowly made their way back into the village. Ajra, disgraced and hated, now spends most of her time alone, working slowly to try to redeem herself in the eyes of the people.
