 Selachi is a quirky tundra with a love for everything sparkly and neon. She adores fruit patterns, holographic, and rainbow prints, basically anything bright and cheerful.

She's a goof ball, which really puts dragons off once they learn that Selachi here is responsible of disposing of those that have been deemed guilty.

What exactly does she do with them? She opens a portal and unceremoniously throws the dragon in. She says that they're doomed to wander in a void that sounds like skin, until their sentence is up.

She can also use her portals to jump between locations, or teleport. She says that the skin portal dimension is too confusing for her to take any other dragon through with her though. At least the clan doesn't need to pay for a jail.
