Mekhar came into being when the ground ruptured, a shimmering gemstone given life. Around the crater of his birth formed the Dusklands, bound together through infinite realities, sworn to spread Shadow in the name of their leader, Duskfeather, she who swallows the sun.

Mekhar is proud, and indomitable, and seeks only to hoard more shadowy items and extend his rule. He is the representative of the clan only through his own ego, and has no control over his fellow spirits. He fears Dusk's return, as she would surely destroy him for his avarice.

Mekhar is hard to please, and as such, has very little friends. If you were unlucky enough to set foot within the Duskland's shadows, he would immediately have you imprisoned and questioned. Talking to him yourself, however, would reveal a self-obsessed and foolish leader who fancies himself much more important than he actually is; and if you were to reveal any purple shiny he did not already have, you could easily sneak away.

Compatriots: Oir, Luachmhar - mutual enjoyment of treasure binds these three.
