Biography
Well, we just couldn’t leave it there...
Hello! Say hi to my very first generation boy from an Unhatched Egg! Since this guy is very special, why not write something about this guy?
When two Mirrors became the parents of a single egg, they were quite disappointed in it. They wanted plentiful of children, and it has been quite a long time since they’ve been trying to create a family. But one egg wasn’t so meaningful. The mother kept looking at the sad looking egg, it filled her with guilt. Perhaps she shouldn’t be sad nor mad at this. Maybe they were just unlucky. However, the father wanted to abandon the egg. He had to wait, for a perfect moment to take it away. And so he decided, that day before the egg was at its hatching point, he would take it and leave it at the scavenging grounds.
After five days of incubation, the male Mirror took the chance. When it was late at night, he snatched the egg and went ahead to the scavenging grounds. He looked around for a good place to hide the egg, somewhere hard to look out for. When he inspected for a while, he found some good dirt, and he decided to bury the egg. It did took him long minutes, but he was successful. Now that his mission was done, he want back to his lair.
The next morning, mother dragon woke up and went to look after her nest, but only to find it empty. She became terrified and then looked at her partner. Trudging over to him in desperation, she shook his shoulder.
”Please, wake up! Our egg! The egg is gone!”
He woke up and glared at the female in front of him. Standing up, he looked at the nest and growled.
”That egg is long gone. Forget about it.”
She realized, that the egg was thrown away by him. The female took a few steps back and cried, letting out a scarring roar.
”You killed our child! Our child is dead! GONE!”
And he watched, soon leaving her behind to sob and feel guilt.
During that day, a small group of Arcane Dragons were on scavenging hunts. One of them, an Imperial Dragon, went looking for a good spot to look around. He then found a quite odd place, and called out his group. Everyone gathered around and he spoke;
I sense some strong energy on the ground. Let’s dig up in here.”
Nodding, a Wildclaw sniffed the ground to determine the spot, and then dug up whatever was emitting the energy. After a good while, she found an egg, and was surprised to find such a thing.
”Woah there, this egg is about to hatch!”
With those words, everyone backed out and watched the scenario unfold. The egg began to break bit by bit, and soon enough, a male mirror came out of it. The hatchling opened his eyes, and let out a rather cute squawk, shaking itself and kept squawking at everyone. One of the members looked at him, then back at his team.
”Well, it thinks we’re his family. We can’t leave him here!”
Everyone agreed, and so they took the baby with them, ending the hunt. When arriving at their Lair, a female Fae dragon saw the group, and then noticed the Hatchling. Her eyes widened, but kept her composure.
”Please do explain this little one.”
The female Wildclaw stepped out.
”We found an egg buried at the scavenging grounds. It hatched right before our eyes, so we couldn’t leave him there...”
”Ah, well, of course. Poor baby, abandoned out there... Well, he shall stay with us ‘till the day he parts with us.”
Everyone cheered out happily. The Imperial dragon then stepped in, asking the leader a question.
”Well, how will we name the boy?”
The female Fae stood there thinking, until she came up with something.
”Hmm, well...”
With a smile, she looked over at the curious Hatchling.
”Let’s name him Tomato!”
