___A devoted follower of the sun, Anhari, like the star she venerates, exudes a warm aura, polite and calm to the point that no one has ever seen her angry. At the same time, however, she conducts herself in a way oddly detached (or, some detractors whisper, in a way arrogant) from local affairs, and even more so in events that do not immediately concern their flock. This is a double-edged sword: though it leads her to be perhaps the most impartial and fair members of the council in regards to administering justice, it also feeds into her usual decision of inaction.

_____________________________________________ ___After the destruction of the Vitterfolk clan, Anhari, along with T'zena and Exzhal, helped Rynn establish the new clan. While Malis was the leader before, the new clan decided upon a council to lead, much like the Flock. Anhari deliberates judgement when conflicts are brought up and she is often the one to finalize decisions of the Council. She is also the one who initiates the sponsorship for a fledgling member to become bonded to a fellow harpy.

___The most impartial decision maker to ever walk Sornieth, Anhari would be telling the truth if she answered that dragons’ outrage over her detachment and her inherent calm in any situation. For a time when she was younger, Anhari wondered if there was something wrong with her, that she was able to keep a level head regardless of the situation while her clanmates of all ages tended to fly off the handle over trifles. In time, however, she grew to see it was her gift, and although it wasn’t as readily defined as a skill with swords, tomes, or brewing was, it served the clan well. She has, at times, been told that she needs to react more decisively in certain situations, but she is self-aware enough to know that it is about balance, and she has yet to achieve that. Perhaps, someday, she will achieve balance on her own, able to decide when to act and when to wait, rather than leaning towards waiting constantly. Or, perhaps, she may find a mate someday to be her other half, someone more inclined to act and balance her usual reticence. __________________________________________
