A happy go lucky kind of tundra who owns the "Glade Sprig Nursery" at the Windswept Plateu. It is one of the most famous refuges in the area. Holly LOVES children and gets dead serious when it comes to parenting and the Plague. Even though she despises Plague she's a pacifist so she do not hurt anyone. That's why the Plague children in her nursery are raised to be the most non-plague dragons they could ever be.
