Biography
prince of a fallen kingdom, vagabond, oracle ✥ good-natured ✥ curious ✥ restless |
"Was all of this worth it for the deaths of my family and people? I shouldn't have left."
|
✥ origins
The Shade within them lies dormant until something should trigger it to awaken. At that time, there is no way to predict how it will affect them, or what abilities they will gain due to it. One beneficial factor to it is that this strand of Shade is not typically malignant, but it is still no less dangerous, and it could potentially overwhelm its host if they are not trained to control it. |

During his time away, he constantly traveled with his guard, Lveoyl, who had been secretly, generously, paid upfront by Serkalem to protect the prince, as well as occasionally keep in touch. She was to act as his protector until he became of age, in which Dymura would then decide if he wanted to keep her services or not. Though he knew it wasn't necessary, Dymura had planned on only returning home after he had something solidly useful to the Kingdom that he could offer his parents. Fate had a different plan. Dymura's defining ability to receive premonitions suddenly awakened a few years later when he was of age. Sithis, despite Dymura's absence of worship — mysteriously, urgently, called for him to return home through his very first one. He awoke with a start, uncontrollably sobbed as if in grief, yet couldn't figure out why. Lem did their best to soothe him, and after the initial shock and flood of emotions subsided he woke Lveoyl — all but begged her to take him home. Located on the opposite side of Sornieth, they flew as fast as their wings could carry them. Nothing could've prepared him for what he saw upon returning to the completely devastated Kingdom he could no longer call 'home'. It caused the shard of Shade that resided in him, aptly named Lem, to finally, fully, awaken. He quickly learned that the premonitions came without warning, and that the emotions they triggered manifested much more strongly due to his natural empathy, regardless of how disciplined he had become. Until he can get a proper handle on them, and because of how they originally began, he considers his visions more as a curse than a blessing. They only come to him as dreams, yet no matter how hard he tries, he can't retain anything about them other than the emotions, which are impossible to decipher without context. |
✥ present Unable to accept the fate of his family and Kingdom, to heal, he spends his time obsessing over finding answers about his premonitions — as well as clues to the possible whereabouts of his father, Malzahar, siblings, and ex-mentor, Serkalem; clinging to the slivers of hope that they've survived. He has yet to make any progress. |
✥ sacred possession Daimhim's sword |
