-Platinum doesn't really remember where he originally came from. He was taken in by a clan in Focal Point who discovered him as an adolescent on the border with the Scarred Wasteland, protected only by his Firebug familiar from the harsh elements. He lived with an adopted family ever since, though he only ever really felt close to his Firebug, and had a hard time really getting close to other dragons. For several years, they attempted to educate him in the Arcane arts and ways, but he was never much of a book worm and found that battle came to him much more readily. When he tried more readily to pursue a career in the Isles that let him fight as he wished to without needing to recruit himself into the Arcane forces, he did admittedly have a bit of a hard time finding his footing.... most dragons in Starfall are magically adept enough to protect themselves just fine. They didn't need a guard. But his brother happened to be interning at a place that was constantly trying to scout new security.... and that's how he managed to score his lucky break. Platinum doesn't really want to acknowledge that he needed his brothers help getting this job, but he's still not putting that kindness to waste. Doing his best to train as hard as he can, looking to rise through the ranks one of these days.
-He's a bit of a school yard bully type. Rude, snappy, never wants anyone to help him, wants to be left to his own devices, likes to throw his weight around plenty, likes to act a lot tougher than he really is..... all lovely traits that make him completely and utterly impossible to befriend or work with. Seaglass is really the only dragon he listens to. Perhaps Valentine on occasion, only because he respects the favour he did him. And when dragons are out the question, his precious Buggy is the only other thing he'll listen to. If there's one thing in this world he has a soft spot for, it's that Firebug for sure. They are completely inseparable. But don't let this make you think he has no feelings or goodness in him at all. Platinum is just guarded. It's hard to let people in and let them see your vulnerabilities.
-Not Partnered, though he's slowly been opening up to his training partner perhaps a bit more than he realizes.
