LORE Beyond the coarse sands of the Shifting Expanse, past the dunes and beyond the ledge of Carrion Canyon, lies what appears to be an ivory arrangement of temples in the arid desert. A towering arch looms before you, it's entrance blocked by bolted sheets of metal welded together to hide mechanical inner workings beyond it's patchwork of steel. It's set deep into the arch, allowing a panel to be installed off to the side, it's display glitching slightly and in need of repair. The screen is asking for a code of some sort in order to allow entry, a password of which you cannot decipher with what you know alone, so what lies beyond that glistening metal gate must remain a mystery... Yet, you've been invited into the immense, intricate architecture of The Temples Of Eunoia. The gate opens for you once you announce your presence, and as you walk down a tall hallway of off-white stone you enter into a massive circular room with a domed ceiling high above your head. The mere size of the antechamber strikes awe into the hearts of many newcomers, and if not that then the sheer number of dragons busily making their way in and out of arches along the walls is mind-boggling as is. Welcome to our sanctuary, make yourself at home. |
