Aaiko's unreadable gaze instinctually flickered from one dragon to the next, studying each unique behaviour with a careful, trained eye. Kii was quietly perched on his old quartz pillar, as usual, keeping watch over the various mishaps that were bound to happen any minute now; good. It would leave his attention off her, if but for a moment.

A moment was all Aaiko needed, anyway; a moment away from this family, this clan she had found herself caught in. Her ears twitched eastward as the pale grasses rustled- the hunting party had returned, the council now focused on dividing food before the hungry and impatient hatchlings got their way. Aaiko's gave one final, quick scan before she slipped away behind the various overgrown ruins, unseen and unheard. She'd have to return eventually; but for now at least, she was free. Free, bound by no rules and could do as she pleased. Free, away from the ignorant eyes of the blind that bound her to reality, to the present. Her face twisted into a smirk; how dare they call themselves the watchers of the graves, the guardians of the lost, when she was the one with the power to travel into the past?

A quiet snicker escaped her, and she stepped into the garden.

Hidden from the eyes of the ignorant.
Phosphorous light died with her vision;
Leaving only cobwebs of the extinguished.
