Dancer's Bell HOW a Plagueling like Clanleader Shirin came to power in Light territory is anyone's guess; she's ancient enough that most Spirelings don't remember her appointment. She's a calm and dignified old matriarch, so gracious in poise and demeanor that her clanfolk often overlook the shrewd, secretive side of her dealings with other clans. Though she claims to wear the sigil of the Roving Eye as a sign of solidarity with Spire Cliff's sister pack, it's murmured in some corners of the Spire that the gesture, benevolent as it seems, is really an arrogant boast of dominance. Envoy Volta is her mate.
