Vial of Mysterious Toxin CAPRICIOUS, canny Tash, clanseer of Spire Cliff, is feared by many and mistrusted by most—not even her fellow councillors are always privy to her schemes. She keeps close counsel with Scrivener Agat and Rannely of the Roving Eye, a fact that has not escaped the Clanleader's notice. It's whispered in some corners of the Spire that there's trouble brewing between leader and seer, and that it will soon boil over.
