PocketMayhem is one of the founding members of Clan Medievalredragon. It was the mysterious trunk of books found with her when the Clan Elders rescued her from a marauding beast clan when she and her coatl translator, Oak, were just hatchlings ,that created the basis for the history that Clan Medievalredragon re-enacts. PocketMayhem inherited a rare condition from both her parents called “Bare Beast” that limits scale growth. These dragons have few to no scales and are quite vulnerable with exposed skin. In some places of Sornieth, many of these dragons will gather together to make a clan. It was as her original clan of Bare Beast faes was migrating from the Sunbeam Ruins into the Tangled Woods, that they were beset by a strange beast clan. All of PocketMayhem’s clan was wiped out by that beast clan and she herself was more than half-starved and near death when rescued by the clan elders. As a consequence of those traumatic events not only is she a bit of a recluse and a little agoraphobic, but she has a tendency to suck on or chew small bowls full of monosodium gravel as she busily writes the popular fantasy historical novels about Whoz that the clan is based upon.

Due to her condition Pocketmayhem is a bit of a recluse and a little agoraphobic. She turned to writing. Her pen name is semi-secret and she has written the popular fantasy novels about Whoz that this clan is based upon. She is the clan's treasure and they are very protective of her. They are concerned for her social development so they have gone out of their way to recruit other fae to come to the den often with unfortunate results in Pocketmayhem's mind.


The clan read that faes enjoy the company of other faes so they keep recruiting faes to the clan, however they all are strange and cause her to have greater social anxiety. Pocketsmayhem wishes they would just stop trying to find "friends" for her.




Ash Williams: Likes to pretend he is character from his favorite book Evil Dead and try to capture Daemon. [Specials sub breeds tab]

Buffy: thinks she is a shape-shifting vampire and can turn into a vampire bat. She can't. She likes to hang upside down like a bat though and only go out at night. Except during the winter holidays because then she can eat treats, after the holidays she will go back to being a bat again. [winter tab]

Daemon: thinks she is a daemon and as such has the duty to cause chaos, but she is not good at it and instead ends up obsessively organizing lairmate's spaces.

Dolorita: Is a negative nelly constantly seeing the glass half empty with a bug floating in it. She dramatizes everything imagining the worst possible outcome in a loud voice and much tears and lets everyone know about it. [Fall/Halloween 4th tab]

Eclipse: wears a tin foil hat because she believes big brother government is always watching. [Fall/Halloween 2d tab]

Eyerus is a multieye that sees a different future out of each eye. She is prone to migraines and tends to hide her face and eyes as much as possible. [Specials special eye tab]

Genoneifer is a self-appointed “Saint”* of the fabled 12th god Arenji (praise him) who can as easily bless as curse you (and often both at the same time). She goes around proselytizing incessantly, but most of her listeners Really do Not Get it.
* Saint = self-realized pure devotee of a god.

Glowstick: thinks she is an alien.

HistWhist: Is a “goth” and obsessed with death (and dead things: dead languages, bones, fossils, things that cause death, slasher stories) and, Funerary art. He hates everyone. He wishes he had been born to either the Plague or Shadow Flights. [Fall/Halloween 2d tab]

Hypatia: Priestess of arcane and is a rabid astrologist and numerologist. [Flight Rep, Arcane tab]

Khuno: thinks he is the reincarnation of the iceberg that sunk the Titanic (his nemesis) [Specials primal tab]

LogicError: (Naomi-404 error descendant) is stuck up and has Tourette Syndrome which causes her to twitch, bark and often shout out obscene words and make obscene gestures. For the last 2 Pocketmayhem is not sure if these are truly involuntary. [Specials sub breeds tab]

Lunari: She is the crazy old cat lady of Faes (but she is kind). She is schizophrenic and believes her cats talk to her. She mumbles constantly having long detailed conversations with them. She prefers to live alone with her cats. He house smells like cat litter. She is forever giving little candied insects to hatchlings (whether they eat candied insects or not) and telling them long involved (and surprisingly entertaining) stories that feature her cats doing extraordinary things. Mordrea : She is a pathological liar but her lies are harmless self-aggrandizing claims that are easily seen through since they are so absurd. She is not very smart so she does not understand that no one believes her outrageous claims.

Picasso: is a crazy artist making incomprehensible metaphoric art and has a bad temper often seen throwing things at other dragons or familiars.

Sparkle: escaped with 2 hatchlings from a lair that had the Green Tongue Plague. She became agoraphobic and an extreme germophobe who shuns interactions with others.

Sunshine: has Munchausen Syndrome where she is "bipolar" going from ecstatically happy buzzing around talking a mile a minute to so depressed she has no energy for anything and can barely speak often in the same 15 minute period.

Topaz is a jewelry box fae thus is mute and motionless but likes to hang around and stare at Pocketmayhem. [Specials sub breeds tab]

Torchwood: thinks he is an alien timetraveler and spends his time looking for a blue police box. [Specials primal tab]

Basset: Basset likes to make bad pottery lawn art. He likes to give it away. Others like to use it for target practice.

Perseverance: Thinks he is a robot named Rover. Likes to collect dirt and rocks.


LlwyauCaruCadwyn: suffers from goldlust and specifically hoards spoons.




Pocketsmayhem read about the MJ Sotry Contest and decided to enter:









She had stolen out of the lair without telling anyone and if, when she amended to herself, they found that she had left there would almost certainly be an outcry. For a few precious moments she knew freedom and she was going to make the most of it. With equal parts trepidation and forced bravery, the little fae flew up the gangplank of the mighty vessel and approached the ink-stained gaoler. With an audible gulp, the little fae tried to get her attention. The golden gaoler continued scribbling busily, clearly not seeing the little fae. The little fae cleared her throat noisily (for a fae) -- no doubt it sounded more like the chirp of crickets or a wee bird to the gaoler’s ears and thus totally ignorable . Then in a rush, in the loudest voice she could muster, the little fae shouted (which sounded more like the squeaking of a very loud mouse to the gaoler no doubt), “Excuse me! Excuse me! Greetings fair dragon, I have an entry for your story contest if you would be so kind as to accept it!”
The golden gaoler looked up with a start and clearly saw no one. She looked around, shook her head slightly, and was about to go back to her work, when the little fae waved her wings frantically trying to get the gaoler’s attention to look down. When the gaoler did so, she smiled kindly (for a gaoler) at the little fae, noticing the slightly rumpled scroll the little fae clutched to her chest. The golden gaoler stuck her paw out for the scroll. The little fae handed it to her and thus using up her small amount of bravery immediately rushed down the gangplank and away from the ship eventually disappearing into the crowd at the docks.

She was excited to receive a scroll and heavy package from the judges saying that she had won first place in the category Great Blue Yonder for "What Once Was Lost, But Now Is Found." In the package she found:



First Place Winner's Badge (Gold edged Feathered tricorn), Wind Tome, Laureate's Cap, 4 Iron Treasure Chests, 2 Gilded Decorative Chests, Portrait from the amazing artists at clan CatchyEarwyrm19. She hung the tricorn on the wall to remind her that writing can be a pleasure and she wore the Laureate's Cap mostly to keep Hallows (snapper) from getting a swelled head. She gave the wind tome to TigerShark since he was the first facet eye wind dragon born to the lair. She turned the chests over to Freya for the clan to use as needed (she would not have had room for them even if she wanted to keep them and large chests tended to bring back bad memories to her.) She used the art commission to gift her friend Hollow with a portrait. He was an older dragon and very restful and had been a great sounding board for Pocketmayhem when she needed it.
