» After getting caught adding a few "tweaks" to a statue of the Icewarden, he was arrested and to be brought to the Fort of Ends and frozen for his crimes. But this crafty fellow slipped out in the night. He knew he couldn't go home, so instead he showed up with a false moustache and a trenchcoat at his brother's place and crashed on their sofa for a few days, months, years...

» Orpheus promptly put the young renegade to work.... sweeping the floors, performing low-grade repairs to the fortress, and otherwise doing the dirty work nobody else wants to do. In exchange, the entire clan has agreed to hide him from the bounty hunters.
