Biography
The chosen survent Shinche
Born to a family of common blood and sold to the clan as a young male sevant, Shinche was distinguished from the rest not by his skills but by his captivating allure. His golden complexion and muscular build didn't match his status as a lowley survant. It was to no surprise that his pools of molten gold scales and tounge of romantic poetry lit the fire of desire in Sakaee, the clan leader's heart.
It was a scandelous match but the addversary amoung the clan nobels eased their union. As the nobels would rather see a nobody bed Sakaee than their rivak. Three hacthlings followed nights of passoniate mating and all seemed well for the Shinche and his wife but as tradgedy struck, cracks began to form. The clan demanded Shinche's children to be exalted. He opposed this idea and found it disgusting. He begged Sakaee to flee the clan but her sense of responsibilty held her from leaving with Shinche. It was then that Shinche knew that to Sakaee he was but a male consort. He had thought that she saw him as an equal but it seemed to him that she thought otherwise. How foolish of him to think that she was different than the nobels that mistreated him.
From that day onwards Shinche indulged himsel in the worldly pleasures presented to him. He was rarely sobber. His ventures to use his looks to woo others lead to some scandelous offsprings that were swiflty swept under the rug. The only times one could get in a thoughtful word with him was his scheulded visits with his beloved son Kamenojo. As the young prince now struggles with female attention, Shinche wounders if this is karma for his wild ways.
