| ~~~Lux is many things. Assassin, infiltrator, warrior, and mercenary, with a dash of deadly cunning on the side. She is extremely aloof, rarely forming close bonds with other dragons, though her elegant grace often draws them to her. A dragon she once rejected told her, "Loneliness suits you," but she never disagreed. Her rogueish nature has kept her mostly content in her own company, and anyways, bonds with others only make it harder to maintain the stony heart that is so necessary in her line of work. She can also never grow close to others for fear of the darkness within her overwhelming her and taking control - and so she remains icy and aloof, grappling for control in a silent battle only one can win. |

~~~As a young dragon, Lux was obsessed with improving herself. She read arcane tomes that caused her feathers to be luxurious and soft, her mane to be as silky as a maren's hair, and her prowess in battle to be unmatched even by the vicious serthis, but it was never enough. One day she happened across a spell to imbue her with fire magic, giving her scales a golden glow that would rival the flamecaller. Despite being from ice, she felt excitement race through her, and rushed through the spell, ignoring the potential consequences. ~~~As her tongue formed the last words she saw the spirit rise from the tome, its black wings and inky body enveloping her. It was a long and difficult battle but a life spent in combat had its advantages, and she managed to subdue the spirit for the time being. |

| ~~~Will o' the embers danced through the air around her, and her scales were a reflection of glowing flame. She felt more powerful than ever, and yet a deep dread had settled into the pit of her stomach. Black markings still crawled across her skin, though with great willpower she could hide them. She soon learned that in battle the spirit was even more powerful, its black wings sprouting from her back alongside her own, but battling was all she knew how to do, and so she continued taking on contracts. With each battle her control over the spirit grows, though she knows never to let her guard down. Years have passed since then and she is now able to hide the markings most of the time, though she still fears the day it takes control of her once again and she is forced to fight for her life. Because of this she maintains her icy mask - hoping to keep safe those around her, even if it means a life of loneliness. |

"Oh, this gal’s a beauty! Another six digit, and a gen 1 as well! Scattered into a double, almost triple with those beautiful colors! She’s definitely pampered and gosh, is it worth it! She reminds me of a sun god, very fluorescent and divine! I really love those blue and white accents on her apparel to contrast the bright oranges of her genes. Her UMA is also very beautiful, once again you’ve nailed her design! It comes together very nicely without killing our eyes with bright colors. All her art really shows how much you love her, too. The pixel piece with her black wings fading in and out could make for some amazing lore. She looks like an angel possessed by the shade, fighting for control of her body and she tries to protect her clan. Overall, she seems quite stoic and serious. A responsible dragoness, she takes her role very seriously. Akari feels like an assassin, though with those bright colors she might work better as an infiltrator. Her wings are like a reflection of fire, which contrasts her natural-born Ice Flight magic. While she was born in the Southern Icefield, she’s adapted her body to the immense heat of fire magic as a show of strength and power. To overcome her weakness to fire and be able to wield it just proves that she is a force to be reckoned with!"
