Ciro
Ciro and Meira were from the same region of the Sunbeam Ruins. Having grown up together, they played together amid crumbling structures of civilizations of old. They trained in the ways of magic under the same tutor, and both were greatly loved amongst their respective clans. A union between the two of them was inevitable, yet a happy one. But a more luxurious position far away within the Shifting Expanse would draw them away from their memory filled home, lured by promises of power and respect. Enamored by his newfound power as the head mage of a clan, Ciro failed to realize the extent of Meira's homesickness. Pushing her aside in favor of his new duties, he spent little time with their children, unaffected by their coming and goings. When Rhearne arrived and stole his role, he couldn't help but become resentful. Jealous and spiteful, he denounced Meira's friendship with her, further straining their relationship.

Despite his personal faults, Ciro is a very powerful light mage. As second in command, he is devoted to his duties, risking his life on a daily basis for his clan. Easy on the eyes as well, he favors gold with black adornments, wearing trinkets of his enemies to warn off those who think him weak. Egotistical and manipulative, Ciro is quick to use all in his power to get his way, no matter the cost.
