Elysia is, by all rights, everything a queen should be. She is elegant, regal, knows all the right words and just how to deliver them to maximum effect. She’s also quite terrifying. While most Nocturnes are natural mimics, preferring subterfuge to outright violence, she is not a natural Nocturne. Only the most established in the clan have access to this knowledge, but she was born a Wildclaw, and that brute savagery is still close to her heart. Oh, she puts on a good show, and if sometimes she lashes out with a greatclaw that isn't there, most assume she's been spending too much time with Kabel.

For those that know the truth, however... Well, there's a reason most of the clan spoils her, and it isn't fondness. And none know the extent of her true nature quite like Raiden. She takes great joy in terrorizing him, knowing that she'll get away with it and that he'll never tell. The Glitch knows, she's certain, but the two of them have an unspoken understanding. She knows the trials of leadership, and knows how to reap the benefits. All her mate needs to do is shut up and look pretty, and as long as he continues to do so, she'll rule the Directive with a lovely smile and an iron claw.
