While Dulce is the clan's go-between when it comes to dragon affairs, Dawn keeps relations between Soncha Kapa and the Beastclans civil. He was chosen as ambassador because of his firm but kind nature, and keeping a level-head when disagreements arise.

As the Beastclans have pushed for more land, Dawn has become a key negotiator between them and the dragons whose dens and burrows they are encroaching on. Though Dawn will always try to keep things fair, he puts his clan before all else, and sometimes has to drive the Beastclans away to keep his clanmates safe. He shares as many ideas with the Beastclans as he can, and in turn, the friendlier folk share their own magical knowledge with the Clan.
