ORIGIN / probably from some deep dark part of the centre of the planet or something. probably also has a deep dark kind of name, but the kids all call them squidge and they seem fine with that. might be a horrible eldritch monster, but mostly just friendly tentacle creature. tentacles are very good for hugs, don't you know.

Fact / found a pumpkin when they first landed and crawled inside because the world is so big and bright and there's a giant ball of fire that's not very nice to smol squidges. they just assumed pumpkins are for living in. now the pumpkin is more or less haunted. it moves about the lair because squidge wants to be more social but doesn't really know how. they're very shy.

Likes / upon discovering pumpkins are not, in fact, for living in (typically), they discovered that pumpkins are actually delicious. big fan of vegetables, really, in general. also love the kids in the lair. the hatchlings seem to think squidge is this terrifying monster and they really enjoy playing into that. (squidge probably features quite heavily as the evil ne'er-do-well in their imaginary games and is fine with that.)

Dislikes / sun...light? another word for evil. also when folks touch their pumpkin. do not. this is someone's HOUSE, you know. at least knock first.

Interests / the foods these dragons eat. very fascinating. they sure do eat Normal Foode like everyone else. yep. nothing weird in this diet, no sir. most of the dragons' goings on squidge finds super strange and interesting, tbh. like they go about and Do Things. but why? why do they have to worry about being attacked? why do they have all these funny little rituals? very strange. squidge will investigate.
