Vertigo coliseum champion | mentor | lieutenant | 
Vertigo was one of the First. Andreth took her under her wing as a hatchling and raised her to be lieutenant of the Refuge’s Coliseum battlers. With grace that would put any much smaller dragon to shame, she's well respected not only among the warriors, but among the entire clan due to her skills. While both she and Arishok are mentors for new battlers, despite her size and intimidating demeanor, she is more often looked up to by hatchlings and apprentices alike. While Arishok tends toward using exclusively physical battling skills, Vertigo blends magic and might seamlessly into a battlemage technique that she teaches to anyone who wishes to learn. Named Vertigo for her affinity to death defying drops, spinning towards the ground, but managing to pull out of the descent at the exact right second to avoid impact. Tends to wear elegant apparel outside of battle. |
