Iridice

Iridice considers all things as objects, but this does entail contempt. For, of course, such an assertion includes herself as well. Such a perspective is reflected in use of third person pronouns, though it makes progress towards the goal of using 'they' instead of 'it' when speaking of other dragons, as they have been encouraged to do. The Fae believes that a possession long held, especially one the owner crafted themselves, is something profound. Those who have earned their confidence know that for a hobby Iridice crafts tiny, fine jewelery out of ice enchanted to resist temperatures reasonably below that of the desert and blazing wastes.

The Fae is uncertain when others bring up matters divine in relation to her philosophy. Given thought, she'd conclude that any attempts at 'preserving' a god, at least by the traditional methods as opposed to the sense some exalted believe in, as impractical and unnecessary. After all, the gods are as capable of sustaining themselves as the very world.

Some may be put off somewhat by how Iridice and its familiar may just stand still next to one another, staring silently. They certainly are of an odd repute.
At times, when she speaks some make the mistake of thinking they've trailed off, when she rarely is seen to truly lose track of what she's saying. There just may be erratically long gaps in the Fae's sentences.
The Ice dragon delivers her points cooly and tends to appear apathetic.

Some of her duties concern less well-attended or used parts of the archives, that serve as little more than records, such that it can be easy to forget that they are there.
Iridice and her cave-jewel have also contributed to pest-control, as their diets allow.

A reliable healer to the lair, Iridice uses her powers to numb wounds to alleviate pain, especially during any surgery that might be necessary. If circumstances force them to make a more offensive role, the Fae can slow adversaries with frigid air.
