Orssiel is more reserved than Shunic, and respects Inkfell, understanding that it isn't necessary to be completely open about everything all the time.
While Inkfell simply sees little of the past (beyond things learnt) that's truly worth looking back to, for Orssiel the past holds dread, and dreams of the future are equally so, as they remind him of the weight and purpose his birth-clan placed on them. Who saw no reason to leave clan-waters, let alone disclose matters to those of other Flights. As a result of the former, Orssiel is something of a weak flier, but a strong and stable glider.

Somehow there appears to be a strong connection between his former clan and coleoids (less generic than cephalopods), which he will refuse to eat, and will avoid touching or remaining in the vicinity of (even pieces of a meal of) one, if possible.

He resents the 'gift' of his Flight and as such tends to keep still-tongued on the topic. Though some indication can be seen in how he may attempt to nudge another to try avoid a certain course. Orssiel detests the stance of passive observer, so if dreams relating to a certain event intensify, this may lead him to head off to become involved himself.

Lean and adaptable, whereas Shunic is able to fight comfortably where necessary as a general rule, Orssiel is the one more likely to seek to turn aspects of his surroundings to his advantage, or turn an enemy's weapons upon their wielder.

Syris, the Umbra wolf, met Orssiel while several of the lair residents were out on some business or other, in one of the storage areas. The lupine is quite the shy sort, known for his habit of vanishing from visibility, defensively, in response to something new and potentially a threat, especially if a surprise. However Syris does have a good degree of curiosity and amicability, given the right chance.
