Tsura
Master Glitterer

Tsura, a lovely, happy little Coatl with a sparkly tummy loves to make himself glittery by rubbing Unicorn dust on his belly! He also can be seen sparkly-ing up any other Crystal, Faceted, and Glimmered up dragon. His best friend, a graceful Imperial is often the one he works on the most, prancing up and down her hide with Ceridae-sparkled paws, and then doing it all over again with Unicorn dust to her tummy as well. It's hard work but he loves his friend dearly.

He'll occasionally rub just a bit on Iridescented and Shimmered dragons to give them a little extra shine, and help dazzle a dragon's runes. He's happy to beauty up and dragon that asks to be sparkly, hoard always filled to the brim with vials full glitter.
