Biography
Alchemist. (The Duality of Man.)
Compass: Chaotic Neutral
Connal started from a young age as an incredibly gifted alchemist--his concoctions served rather useless and unconventional purposes--if any at all--but nonetheless they did their jobs effectively. At first, he seems rather frank, curt, skillful and independent. However, there is much more lingering under the flesh of this enigmatic being. Connal, though he worships Naga and Irore of the Divine sanctum, delved perhaps a bit too deep into the Dark Artes. Malevolent, lascivious spirits briefly manifested, ruthlessly stealing a sizable fragment of his soul--tainting much of the unscathed portion of his being that he managed to wrench free from their savage, unforgiving claws.
Unfortunately, along with turning his skin a dark, gloomy purple hue, he was left with a split in his consciousness. In sleep his personality shifts, revealing a wicked, malevolent side. Though for the most part his blind targets have escaped unscathed there were a handful who were not nearly so fortunate.
In wakefulness Connal is frank, skillful and independent.. This is to be expected from somebody whom takes to his concoctions far better than with the 'living' of his realm. In slumber, however, he is vicious, ruthless and blood-thirsty.
-This Alchemist takes his work far too seriously.
-To him, failure is an irredeemable sin.
-He often collects fireflies, and becomes rather confused when they perish in his care.
"If you are to encounter me when I am asleep: please, Lord Gregorich, I selfishly implore you to spare me my guilt and strike me down with your own hands."
Causes the most damage to camp with his unpredictable brews.
