PERSONNEL DATA ::

Dr. Proton is one of the lead scientists of the [Facility?] and head of the Pharmaceutical Science department. His ability in creating modern medicines and vaccines is unmatched though his true passion lies in making prosthetics and small mechanisms that aid him in his research.

Feedback from other staff members often paints him with an 'eccentric mad doctor' persona, a role of which he happily embraces. He refuses to be called by just his name, often interrupting others to add the 'Doctor' title. What appears to be thicker scales on him is actually metal.

Dr. Proton is also in charge of the [something] Project, which is the research of [REDACTED].
