Agniratha the fallen prince |

Agniratha is a name spoken either with care or, preferably, not at all. For if Ruby is the king, Agniratha would be the exiled prince: a glimpse into his own foolish past, a vision he never wanted to see. The rest of the Clan holds no such feelings towards the brooding yet polite dragon; nonetheless, Agniratha goes out of their way. Despite these actions, however, his bonds to the Clan are so deep that, when presented with the possibility of leaving for what could perhaps be a better home, he will always stalwartly refuse. There are a few select dragons Agniratha does converse in secret with, though this is mainly limited to other dragons that, like him, keep to the shadows. Lyon and Morgan most frequently do so, though the one dragon Agniratha sees most often is Halation. If Halation is a surprising answer to whoever hears of it, Agniratha will be quick to agree. After Ruby had proven himself to be entirely unfit for the role of Treasurer, it had been passed on to Agniratha: in part because of a faint tradition still leaving in traces, in part to give Agniratha a way to spend his days on his own. The latter is, obviously, not applicable any longer. But even though the two differ vastly in personalities, it is beginning to become a favored relationship, slowly and steadily. Agniratha may finally be realizing that yes, he does enjoy the company.
