Excalibur comes from a rather...spoiled background, her general needs attended to by many different dragons. She greatly enjoyed the attention however her easy going nature and general naivety caused her to be toppled from her lavish position and cast out of her home clan. This new change did not come easy for the pampered young imperial, guarded by a single knight as they hurried to leave the place she once called her home. Excalibur found October to be an interesting travelling companion, though his distance irked her. She had taken an interest and had wanted a friend, not a guard. As time went on, She found herself not wanting to be alone and decided to follow him once they were safely away from her home clan. Eventually, he questioned her about this, breaking her days long stream of chatter, Excalibur's reply was simple "You never said I couldn't tag along," She pointed out. October had stared at her after that, before agreeing with her. The pair traveled through many different clans, Excalibur enjoyed this greatly, particularly when she was gifted with shining trinkets and jewelry by generous dragons. Little did she know these trinkets were a quiet effort from October to cheer her up. |
